Warranty Conditions: The warranty does not apply if plant growth issues are caused by incorrect agricultural practices or environmental factors.

Environmental conditions can affect seed germination or plant growth in unpredictable ways at any given moment.

Claims can only be submitted regarding deviations or defects resulting from pre-purchase cultivation. If a plant has been planted incorrectly or has received inadequate care, the seller is not liable for the defects.

A plant’s failure to thrive in its subsequent growing location is not considered a defect if the plant’s varietal characteristics were normally developed at the time of purchase.

Returns for Ordered Plants: If the delivered planting material is damaged for any reason, you have the right to refuse the delivery and return the goods.

Planting material must be inspected immediately upon arrival.
